2. Custom Orders
Many of our products and services are customized according to customer specifications.
Before production begins, you may be asked to review and approve artwork, layouts, names, quantities, colors, sizes, wording, or other project details.
Once a customer approves a design or proof for production, changes may not be possible without additional costs or delays.
You are responsible for carefully reviewing all approved information, including:
Spelling
Names
Dates
Sizes
Quantities
Colors
Logos
Artwork
Addresses
Other personalized information
Imani Tiara Designs is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer before production.
3. Customer-Provided Artwork and Materials
Customers may provide logos, artwork, photographs, lists of names, text, or other materials for use in a project.
By submitting these materials, you represent that you have the right and authorization to use them and to authorize Imani Tiara Designs to reproduce, modify, print, manufacture, or otherwise use them as necessary to complete your order.
You agree not to submit materials that infringe another person's or organization's intellectual-property rights or violate applicable law.
4. Design Approval
For custom projects, Imani Tiara Designs may provide digital proofs, mockups, layouts, or other representations for customer review.
Colors and appearance may vary between digital displays and physical products due to differences in screens, materials, printing processes, lighting, and production methods.
A digital representation should not be considered an exact guarantee of the final physical color or appearance.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are based on the specific products, quantities, materials, customization, design work, production requirements, and other factors associated with an order.
Prices may change before an order is finalized.
Payment may be required before production begins, depending on the order or project.
An order may not be considered final until required payment, approvals, and other requested information have been received.
6. Production and Delivery Times
Production and delivery times may vary depending on the type and quantity of products ordered, customization requirements, supplier availability, shipping, holidays, and other circumstances.
Any estimated completion or delivery date provided by Imani Tiara Designs is an estimate unless a specific date has been expressly agreed to in writing.
Delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, shipping carriers, weather, emergencies, shortages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
We will communicate material delays when reasonably possible.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information.
Imani Tiara Designs is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be subject to the carrier's policies and procedures.

Because customized products are created specifically for individual customers, customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return or refund solely because the customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, contact Imani Tiara Designs as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.
Any approved replacement, refund, credit, or other resolution will be determined based on the circumstances of the order and applicable law.
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once a custom order has entered design, production, printing, manufacturing, or fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible or may result in charges for work or materials already incurred.
9. Third-Party Suppliers and Manufacturers
Imani Tiara Designs may use third-party suppliers, manufacturers, printers, fulfillment companies, shipping carriers, or other vendors to complete an order.
Availability, product specifications, production times, and shipping schedules may depend in part on these third parties.
Where a supplier or manufacturer becomes unavailable, we may provide a reasonable alternative when possible.
